The Home Improvement Research Institute (HIRI) commissioned Decision Analyst to conduct the 2021 installment of the organization’s survey which explores the impact of e‑business on the home improvement industry.
Objective for the survey was to:
- Understand the path to purchase for home improvement products online.
- Understand which home improvement product categories are more likely to be purchased online than in-store (or vice versa).
- Identify the reasons why home improvement consumers purchase online.
